We do not sell, or share customer data with other companies. At check-out, we require a valid email address in order to send an invoice for your order, contact you if there is a problem with your order, and send you the package tracking number when your order ships. We make no further use of your email address.

We offer a separate email list that you must opt-in to, the Waterbaby Club™, that keeps customers informed of sales and special offers.

When you place an item in our shopping cart, we use a cookie to correlate you with the order. The cookie is cleared from your computer when you complete the order or when you remove all items from your cart. At checkout, we use cookies to identify if you we directed to our site from Google advertising or advertising on other sites. These cookies are controlled by Google and the other sites we advertise on.

We retain computer records of customer purchases for 3 years in order to answer customer questions. If you have purchased a necklace, for example, we can call up your order and help you select a matching bracelet. We retain paper records of your purchase for 5 years.

When we dispose of customer paper records, we shred them. Computer records are electronically shredded using special software.
