Picture shows three strands of Japanese Akoya cultured pearls in three grades. The top one is grade A+. The middle strand is grade AA. The bottom strand is grade AA+. The picture gives you a comparison of luster of each grade. Note how the dark areas become lighter as the luster decreases.

Price listed below is per inch, including knotting. For an 18-inch necklace, you would order 17 inches of pearls. That allows 1 inch for the clasp.
